WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- Michigan's voter-approved ban on affirmative action takes center stage Tuesday before the U.S. Supreme Court. Proposal 2 passed in 2006 and outlawed using race for public hiring and higher education admissions. It was overturned by the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, but supporters are confident the Supreme Court will reinstate the measure.
