DETROIT (WKZO) -- Chrysler will be cutting production of the SRT Viper sportscar at its Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit. This year, the automaker has sold just over 400 Vipers and the company had planned to produce up to two-thousand of the vehicles, priced between 99-thousand and 123-thousand dollars. Chrysler officials have not said how much production will be reduced and is figuring out how many employees who work on the Viper will be reassigned to other jobs.
