KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- For the first time ever, members of Kalamazoo’s Jewish Community have put up a Menorah in Bronson Park as part of the city's holiday decorations. The 12-foot menorah will be lit at five PM every day starting this Wednesday, the first night of Hanukkah. On the last night, December fourth, a Jewish hip hop star will join the candle lighting ceremony. This is the first year that Hanukkah has begun before Thanksgiving. It won'thappen again for another 70 thousand years.
