COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo County Deputies are investigating a crash in that dangerous portion of I-94 that has been nicknamed the “Bermuda Triangle” because of the frequency of mishaps in the area.
At 6:40 this morning a west bound vehicle veered into the cement median near exit 84, possibly due to excessive speed and a wet road surface.
The car then shot back across the traffic lanes, went off the pavement and rolled over several times.
The driver was dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until family members are notified.
