CENTREVILLE (WKZO) -- A Judge in Centreville has ordered Andy Brown to trial for the murder of his boss, C.P.A. David Locey, at his office outside of Sturgis.
Judge Jeffrey Middleton heard a day and a half of testimony from other employees at the accounting firm, from the suspect’s clients and investigators, that Brown had been confronted just the day before about accusations from a client of embezzlement.
They said not only was his job was in jeopardy, but criminal charges were being threatened.
No trial date has been set.
Brown, who lives in Kalamazoo, will likely remain incarcerated. His bond has been increased to 2-million dollars.
