LANSING (WKZO) -- Seat belt use is falling in Michigan and State Police are seeking to reverse the trend. The state is set to launch the latest round of "Click It Or Ticket" ads this month. The use of seat belts peaked in 2009 at 97.9-percent of drivers and data from the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning shows in 2012 it was just 93.6-percent.
