KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Arthritis is something that just about everyone will have to deal with in one way or another as they age. But Bronson athletic trainer Jeff Wilson says you can help avoid making surgery necessary for a pretty long time by keeping yourself moving.
He says that joint replacement can be staved off for quite a while with physical activity, but reminds people that they need to keep that movement low impact to avoid further injuring the affected joint.
Wilson notes that there's an arthritis expo planned for May 18th at Centerpoint Church. Go here to get more information.
