HOLLAND (WKZO) -- An Ottawa County judge is increasing the bond against one of two men suspected of a violent break-in at a Holland home last month.
In court Wednesday, District Judge Bradley Knoll hiked the bond on 21-year-old Jamaal Burke from 100-thousand dollars to a half-million dollars. Burke and 20-year-old Carlos Massey will stand trial on armed robbery and home invasion charges. Massey is jailed on 100-thousand dollars bond.
The pair are accused of entering a home on West 14th Street on April 6th, demanding cash, pistol whipping a man, and fleeing with a big-screen television.
