KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Charges are being sought following a fatal traffic collision in Kalamazoo.
The Kalamazoo County Prosecutor's Office has issued felony charges against 24-year-old Kari Anne Braley of Kalamazoo for allegedly Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death, and allegedly Operating While Intoxicated Causing Serious Injury. Braley turned herself in Thursday morning after allegedly failing to negotiate a curve in the roadway along the 131 Business Loop at North Westnedge last November 18th
Misdemeanor charges have been issued against 23-year-old Margaret Audrey Robinson of Portage for allegedly committing a Moving Violation Causing Death and allegedly committing a Moving Violation Causing Serious Impairment of a Body Function. Braley's been lodged in the Kalamazoo County Jail while Robinson has been released on bond.
