GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- Grand Rapids City Manager Greg Sundstrom is putting a five-million dollar price tag on the damage done in the city from last month's flood of the Grand River. The city will keep a state of emergency in place through May 24th as officials continue to take a look at the damage. Sundstrom said they're just now starting to see the level of destruction.
