Kalamazoo Prosecutor weighing evidence in the Interfaith Fire investigation

KALAMAZOO (WKZO) --The Kalamazoo County Prosecutors office has been handed the investigation file into the fire at Interfaith Apartments that left three toddlers dead.

The focus of investigators was to determine if the children of Jonetta Woods were left unsupervised and by who. She claimed they were left with her boyfriend, but he has denied it.

Woods already has a court date in May to determine if she will regain custody of the 4-year-old who managed to escape the burning apartment.

Right now a family member has custody.
