(WQLR) – According to profootballtalk.com the Detroit Lions have resigned safety Louis Delmas to a two-year contract. The deal is reportedly worth $9.465 million. With the recent signing of Glover Quin, the Lions were unexpected to bring back Delmas, who had visited the San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams this past week Delmas was drafted by the Lions out of WMU with the 33rd overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft.
