KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- A Kalamazoo Township businessman has entered a no-contest plea to felony gross indecency for allegedly exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl.

Steven Johnson is the owner of Johnson Cycle Works on Gull Road in Comstock Township.  Kalamazoo County Sheriff's deputies claim the incident occurred last August during a sleep-over in a tent in the back yard of Johnson’s Cooper Township home.

The no-contest plea means the 39-year-old Johnson neither admits nor denies his guilt.  As part of the plea deal, the prosecutor is recommending he get a month in jail and probation.
