SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO) -- The Van Buren County Prosecutor's Office authorized a warrant for 25-year-old Crystal Lynn Rose of Paw Paw this week.  Rose is suspected of driving on a suspended license while intoxicated with her five-year-old son in the vehicle last November 29th shortly before midnight in Geneva Township.

Van Buren County Sheriff's deputies found Rose's crashed Chrysler Sebring and she was taken to a South Haven emergency room before being transferred to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo with multiple injuries.  Her son was treated for a slight head injury in South Haven before being released.

Rose turned herself in at a South Haven courthouse on February 22nd, and she was arraigned and released on her own recognizance on the same day.  She'll be back in court March 19th.
