EL PASO, TX (WKZO) -- Michigan State Police say that a man wanted for an armed robbery in Barry County has been shot and killed in El Paso, Texas. Police had been looking for 47 year old Daniel John Myers since the January 29th robbery of a 91 year old woman...but it wasn't until the early morning hours of Friday that he was found -- in Texas, driving a stolen car. After a vehicle and foot chase through the desert, Myers exchanged gunfire with El Paso Police and a US Border Patrol agent and was killed. No officers were injured in the confrontation.
