LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette has announced that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on his appeal of a ruling that stopped Michigan's legal challenge to the illegal expansion of off-reservation gambling by the Bay Mills Indian Community. The Supreme Court will hear those arguments this fall. In December of 2010, the state filed a lawsuit against Bay Mills challenging their operation of an off-reservation casino in Vanderbilt in the northern lower peninsula.
