SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO) -- The Waterfront Film Festival comes to South Haven this week. On Thursday, they'll have a beach kickoff party where they'll screen one movie, and then the films will really start rolling on Friday.
This is the first time Riverfront Film Fest has been held in South Haven, and founder Hopwood Dupree says locals will have a chance to see 70 brand new films. He tells us the fun thing about it is that, at Waterfront, you'll see a brand new movie that you've never heard of, and then six months or a year later, it's making big money in theaters and getting Oscar buzz.
The festival runs through Sunday, the 16th. To find out about getting tickets, go to www.waterfrontfilm.org.
