WASHINGTON, DC (WKZO) -- U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow is not mincing words when it comes to the passage by the House of a partial Farm Bill. The Michigan Democrat called it an "insult to rural America" and added the House version is strongly opposed by more than 500 farm, food and conservation groups. The Senate has passed a five-year Farm Bill in each of the last two years, only to not see it go through the House.
