GRAND HAVEN (WKZO) -- A 72-year-old man accused of stealing money from a church is being slapped with two more charges of larceny.
Joseph Finnigan worked for the St. Patrick-St. Anthony Catholic Church in Grand Haven for years. In November, he was charged with two felonies for embezzling between 20-thousand and 50-thousand dollars.
Tuesday, Finnigan waived a preliminary exam and was charged with two more counts of larceny over 20-thousand dollars. Police say Finnigan admitted to stealing the money over a lengthy period of time.
