KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety's has unveiled a new online reporting system open 24 hours a day for non-emergency type incidents. Dubbed "Coplogic," the system is meant to help officers respond to incidents in a more timely fashion and to focus on community outreach.
The system is online at KalamazooPublicSafety.org. Once there, residents can review reporting guidelines, then submit a report in one of nine areas. Those areas include child custody violation, lost property, theft, harassing telephone, malicious destruction of property, theft of gas, identity theft, suspicious activity, and trouble with subject. Examples are included to help guide anyone trying to report an incident.
