BENTON HARBOR (WKZO) -- A Benton Harbor man and his sister are in the Berrien County Jail on one-million dollars bond each following their arraignments Tuesday for the murder Friday of a Niles man.

Jovan Davis is facing several charges including open murder and assault with intent to commit murder.  Nineteen-year-old Ashley Davis of Grand Forks, North Dakota is facing several charges, including being an accessory after the fact.

Benton Harbor detectives say Jovan Davis shot and killed Gary Alilovich and wounded Heather Poe.
