KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- A West Michigan Couple is taking their child to see President Obama Sworn into office for the second time on Monday.

Michelle Serlin and her Husband are on their way to Washington for the Inaugural, taking Julia, her 11 year old daughterto see a little history being made and to visit some points of interest along the way.

President Obama will be sworn in on Sunday as the constitution dictates but the big ceremony and the parade will be held on Monday.

They say they are skipping the parties which can cost hundreds of dollars each to attend.
