BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- The Battle Creek Veterans Administration Medical Center has 15 days to either fix deficiencies found by OSHA inspectors or appeal and explain why they can’t be repaired that quickly. OSHA inspected the facility in July and found seven unsafe conditions. Some just require a warning sticker, some will involve a change in policy, and still others, like an exposed belt and pulley, will require a physical change to keep employees safe.
