ZEELAND (WKZO) -- The first-degree murder conviction of Joshua Hambley has been upheld by the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Hambley killed a friend and was convicted in 2011. He appealed the conviction, arguing the prosecution didn't have enough evidence to convict him of first-degree murder.
Hambley is serving a sentence of life in prison without parole for killing teenager Jonathan Dargis nearly two years ago.
