LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in December was steady with November at 8.9-percent.  For all of 2012, the rate fell by four-tenths of a percent, while the national rate fell seven-tenths of a percent.  The Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget says the annual rate has fallen for three straight years.
