SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO) -- Charges may be pursued against an unnamed driver who ran a stop sign near South Haven, killing the driver of a Little Debbie delivery truck.

The crash occurred just after 7a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Phoenix Road and 71-1/2 Street.  The driver of the delivery van, 50-year-old Steven Allen Efting of Bangor, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigating officers say he was not wearing a seat belt.  They say the other driver, who is expected to recover from his injuries, failed to yield right of way at the intersection.  His name and condition have not been released.
