KENTWOOD (WKZO) Kentwood police say they now consider Javonte Higgins a suspect in the double murder of David and Vivian Bouwman on January 5th.  Higgins had been classified as a person of interest, and Police Chief Tom Hillen says they have not yet made an arrest.  He added Higgins should be considered to be "armed and dangerous," saying investigators think he is still in the Grand Rapids area.  Just what led to the reclassification has not been released.
