KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Freedom of Speech only goes so far. A Three Rivers man who allegedly called his estranged wife from Las Vegas and threatened to kill her and then commit suicide has been arrested.

The 46-year old was intercepted by State Police when he exited his flight at Gerald R. Ford International in Grand Rapids, arrested and is currently lodged in the Kalamazoo County Jail.

He is expected to be charged with intimidation and malicious use of a telephone when he is arraigned.
