BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) --A Battle Creek man has entered a guilty plea to a manslaughter charge for supplying the gun that killed a man at a birthday party last September.
Samuel Castanier, Nicholas Ullrich, and a third man were playing a drinking game with a loaded revolver with one bullet in it.
They thought that just as long you could see the bullet in the cylinder, it wouldn’t fire. Apparently no one noticed that the cylinder advances before it fires and Ullrich shot himself in the head and died.
Ullrich was 34.
Castanier will be sentenced on February 22nd
