KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- A former Kalamazoo County Jail inmate is suing over his claim of a lack of toilet paper.  Timothy Hamilton filed the civil rights lawsuit in Grand Rapids District Court claiming prisoners were denied toilet paper for several days.  Along with claiming deputies violated his constitutional rights, Hamilton wants 400,000-dollars in compensation for mental anguish.
