UNDATED (WKZO) -- its been confirmed that a 15-year-old boy from Genesee County has died from the flu.

Joshua Polehna passed away on Friday, becoming the fourth child in Michigan to die this season after contracting the virus.

There is a group called Families Fighting Flu, who work with families that have lost loved ones and also promote the idea of getting flu shots.
