NORTON SHORES (WKZO) -- The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office is charging a 40-year-old Norton Shores man with open murder for allegedly killing his two-month-old son. Bond was denied for Anthony Casanova, as the judge has deemed him to be a flight risk.
Police received a 911 call on January 4th saying the baby had been dropped and wasn't breathing. Tyler Casanova was pronounced dead at Hackley Hospital, and Prosecutor DJ Hilson says the boys injuries indicate he was shaken or squeezed.
