NORTON SHORES (WKZO) -- A 40-year-old Norton Shores man is going to be charged with open murder in the death of his infant son.

Prosecutors say the man is locked up in the Muskegon County Jail after the two-month-old boy died over the weekend.  An autopsy performed Saturday revealed the child died from "significant injuries."

Police say the name of the suspect won't be released until he's formally charged.
