BEMIDIJI, MN (WKZO) -- The Broncos traveled to Bemidiji State tonight where they handled the Beavers easily by a 6-0 final.

Led by Colton Hargrove's first two collegiate scores, Chase Balisy, Mike Leone, Dane Walters and Ben Warda accounted for the other goals. Frank Slubowski had a great outing, stopping all 15 shots he faced.

The Broncos dominated in more than just the scoring column, finishing with 27 shots on goal to the Beavers 15, and held a 36-22 advantage on faceoffs. They also ended their power play drought, going 1-for-4 on the night while holding Bemidji State scoreless on three attempts.

The Broncos improve to 12-5-2 with the win. They will try to make it two in a row Saturday night over the Beavers. Robin Hook has the call at 7:30 on 96.5 FM WKZO.
