NOVI (WKZO) -- A forensic examination of a man accused in a series of shootings along roadways from Oakland to Ingham counties has been postponed because other mental evaluations are not yet complete. In November, a judge ordered 43-year-old Raulie Casteel to undergo the exams at the state forensic center in Ypsilanti to determine if he is mentally competent to stand trial.
Casteel is accused in nearly two dozen shootings in October. He has been charged with domestic terrorism and assault with intent to murder for incidents in Livingston County and faces 60 counts in Oakland County.
