PAW PAW (WKZO) -- Michigan State Police first lieutenant Dale Hinz has graduated from the FBI National Academy in Virginia. Hinz is the commander of the Michigan State Police Paw Paw Post and has been with the department since 1994. He and 263 others completed ten weeks of training in Quantico, Virginia.
