MUSKEGON COUNTY (WKZO) -- A high-profile defense attorney is behind bars at the Ottawa County Jail.  Terry Nolan was taken into custody last night by members of the West Michigan Enforcement Team.

Nolan is jailed on allegations that "appear to be drug-related."  Nolan has battled drug addition for years.  In 2002, a crack cocaine bust cost him his law license.
