VICKSBURG (WKZO) -- A Vicksburg man has been cleared by a jury in Kalamazoo County of arson charges from a fire at a paper mill last summer.  Kevin Chapman was acquitted Wednesday and had been arrested in September in California.  Witnesses had told police there were roughly seven people between the ages of 18 and 21 drinking at the old Vicksburg paper mill when the fire started.
