PORTAGE (WKZO) -- A preliminary hearing has now been set for three men allegedly responsible for a meth lab explosion that set a Portage apartment building on fire.  The blaze at the Briargate Apartments temporarily displaced 40 residents of the complex in January.

John Shank, Eric Harris, and Ryan Diemond are all charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab and Diemond has also been charged with maintaining a drug house.  They will be in court on March 12th for a hearing on whether there is enough evidence to order a trial.
