LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan State Police Lieutenant Chris Kelenske is getting ready for a new post.  He has been promoted to captain and commander of the Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division of the Michigan State Police.

Kelenske is responsible for the statewide management and administration of emergency management and homeland security programs.  He started with the department in 1995.
