DETROIT (WKZO) -- Chrysler, Ford and General Motors are lagging behind foreign automakers in the latest Consumer Reports "Car Brand Report Card" for 2013.  Lexus is the top Asian brand, and Asian carmakers occupy eight of the top ten spots for quality.  Audi comes in eighth and Mercedes-Benz is tenth, as they are the only European makes in the top ten.  The Cadillac brand ranks 14th and was the top domestic line.
