KALAMAZOO (WKZO) --The jury in the Antonio Livingston murder trial has found him guilty on all four of the counts he faced, including first degree murder and felony murder in the death of antique dealer Bob Medema. Either of those convictions will mean mandatory life without parole when he is sentenced next month.
The jury met for about six hours to reach its unanimous verdict against Livingston, who took to the stand to claim that he was an innocent bystander who had been duped by co-defendant John Aguilar into coming along for the ride. The jury also found him guilty of armed assault and home invasion.
Aguilar’s trial has been scheduled for April.
