KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo’s Fire Marshal has reportedly asked for and received help from fire investigators from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to try and determine a cause for the fire that killed three young children last week at the Interfaith Apartments.
They were back at the scene of the fire yesterday, collecting samples and looking for clues that they hope will reveal the cause.
They hope to be able to release a cause later this week. They reportedly brought the ATF agents in because they have greater experience and resources, and not because they suspect foul play.
