BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- Battle Creek-based Kellogg's has unveiled its "Breakfast for Better Days" program. Vice President Jodi Gibson says one in eight people around the world face food insecurity issues every day.
"We are pledging to provide one half-a-billion servings of breakfast to children and families in need through this program by the end of 2016," says Gibson, "and overall we will donate more than billion servings of our cereals and snacks to help global hunger-relief efforts."
Kellogg's will be partnering with other charity groups as part of the effort.
