HOLLAND (WKZO) -- There has been another disappearance in west Michigan, but Holland Police say they suspect this one may be a runaway, even though friends and family think that would be out of character for Emelene VanDyke.
She bought a new compact car, took a substantial amount of cash out of her bank account and headed north for an electronics free weekend retreat on Valentines day, and hasn’t been heard from since.'
The 36-year old hasn’t used her debit card and didn't take her cell phone or laptop.
Neighbors say she just seems to have vanished, which isn’t like her.
She has sandy hair, is 5-7 and weighs 200lbs. She is driving a 2013 silver Hundai 4-door, with Michigan Plate CGE-8162.
