LANSING (WKZO) -- Governor Snyder has issued a pair of executive orders to support mental health initiatives in Michigan.  Calling it "just as important as physical health," the governor created a six-member Mental Health and Wellness Commission within the state Department of Community Health.  A Mental Health Diversion Council has also been created to give an ongoing examination of mental health issues in Michigan.
