GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- Grand Rapids City Manager Greg Sundstrom will not be implementing a voter-approved ordinance decriminalizing marijuana until a lawsuit challenging it is settled. Kent County Prosecutor Bill Forsyth is trying to stop the measure, and Sundstrom says he has to be sure what voters passed is legal. Last week, he said he thought he would implement the new law by March 1st at the latest, but decided on the delay after a meeting between lawyers involved in Forsyth's lawsuit.
