CANON CITY, COLORADO (WKZO) One of the two escaped convicts from Allegan who led police on a cross country, methamphetamine fueled crime spree has now cut a deal with prosecutors in Colorado, and it could be a while before Gregory Bradshaw gets back to Michigan to face charges here.
In exchange for having drug, misdemeanor theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges dropped, the 23-year-old Bradshaw has entered a guilty plea to a 2nd degree burglary charge, which could net him 8 to 24-years in a Colorado Prison.
The Prosecutor in the case says if Michigan places a detainer on him, they would drop extradition. When he completes his Colorado sentence, Michigan would be notified.
The other suspect in the case, Kenneth Grauman has decided to fight the Colorado charges and has been scheduled for another hearing.
The two women who were with them, Lauralee Grauman and Brittney Rector have agreed to testify in exchange for reduced charges.
They are already back in Allegan County facing charges there.
