ALAMO (WKZO) -- The Alamo Township Board is considering a noise ordinance that the owner of the Kalamazoo Speedway says would put him out of business.
The board is considering setting an 11 p.m. curfew for noise and limit the noises to 82-decibles. The owner says he is willing to work with the board to find a compromise.
Board members say they are anxious to hear from the public on the issue. A meeting is set for 7 p.m. Monday.
