KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo officials say roughly one-thousand gallons of raw sewage have been cleaned up after spilling from a manhole on the city's west side Thursday. The problem was reported around 9 a.m., and the Department of Public Services says it was cleaned up about two hours later. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and Kalamazoo County Health and Community services were also both notified of the spill.
